Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience in a sit-down restaurant or hotel environment
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferably Toast
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must complete personality profile assessment as part of hiring process

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage management role preferably in a sit-down restaurant hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in budgeting cost control and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of hospitality software including POS inventory and scheduling systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations including staff training scheduling and performance management
  • Oversee the brand standard full hot breakfast
  • Ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction across all dining outlets
  • Collaborate with management on menu development pricing and food quality
  • Monitor inventory order supplies and control waste and food costs
  • Implement and maintain health safety and sanitation standards
  • Recruit train and inspire a high-performing food and beverage team
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements
