Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience in a sit-down restaurant or hotel environment
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with POS systems preferably Toast
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must complete personality profile assessment as part of hiring process
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage management role preferably in a sit-down restaurant hotel or resort
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience in budgeting cost control and revenue generation
- Knowledge of hospitality software including POS inventory and scheduling systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily food and beverage operations including staff training scheduling and performance management
- Oversee the brand standard full hot breakfast
- Ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction across all dining outlets
- Collaborate with management on menu development pricing and food quality
- Monitor inventory order supplies and control waste and food costs
- Implement and maintain health safety and sanitation standards
- Recruit train and inspire a high-performing food and beverage team
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements
