Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage operations
- proven management experience in a similar role
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in budget management

Job Duties
- oversee all food and beverage operations including outlets and banquets
- collaborate with executive chef to maintain high standards of food and service quality
- manage budgets and implement cost control measures
- ensure guest satisfaction through quality standards and excellent service
- maintain associate satisfaction by fostering a positive work environment
- develop and train staff to achieve operational goals
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
