Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage operations
  • proven management experience in a similar role
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in budget management

Job Qualifications

  • experience in food and beverage management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of budgeting and cost control
  • ability to work collaboratively with culinary teams
  • proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • experience in upscale or full-service hospitality environments

Job Duties

  • oversee all food and beverage operations including outlets and banquets
  • collaborate with executive chef to maintain high standards of food and service quality
  • manage budgets and implement cost control measures
  • ensure guest satisfaction through quality standards and excellent service
  • maintain associate satisfaction by fostering a positive work environment
  • develop and train staff to achieve operational goals
  • monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
