Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of food and beverage, restaurant and bar management experience
- Ability to work safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and effectively
- Compliance with safety rules and reporting of any injuries
- Authorized to work in the U.S. as verified by E-Verify
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and meet vision requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and mentor food and beverage service staff including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Assist in scheduling staff effectively to meet operational needs while optimizing labor costs
- Responsible for assigning and supervising all opening and closing side duties
- Hold daily meetings to discuss operational matters and engage in ongoing employee training
- Assist in overseeing inventory levels of food and beverage items including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Address any issues related to food or beverage quality promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food and beverage service areas
- Circulate on the floor to ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints effectively
- Monitor and supervise restaurant and bar operations to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate positively and clearly with customers and employees
- Maintain composure during busy periods or emergencies
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold guest service standards
- Perform onboarding duties in the absence of the Onboarding Human Resources Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
- Oversee food safety practices and alcohol service laws
- Organize training programs and workshops to support employee development
- Serve as primary contact for beverage quality assurance providing hands-on training as needed
