Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with national programs such as Core Beverage Program
- manage menu program and approved product list
- oversee beverage cartender program
- select, develop and retain talented food and beverage staff
- ensure financial targets are met and conduct monthly financial reviews
- analyze financial issues and create plans of action
- ensure excellent guest service and respond to guest and member feedback
- communicate successes and best practices to Field Specialist or VP Food & Beverage
- create and execute short and long-term operational and financial plans
- maintain communication between departments regarding special programs and events
