Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years food service experience with at least one year in supervisory role
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- knowledge of fine dining laws and regulations
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- willingness to conform to dress code and grooming standards
- able to lift 10 to 20 pounds occasionally
- able to stand and move about for extended periods
- no travel required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience in fine dining
- at least four years food and beverage experience in luxury settings
- two years supervisory experience required
- prior catering experience preferred
- proficiency in POS and restaurant software
- ServSafe and RBS certifications required
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Supervise all food and beverage staff
- ensure exceptional service in the restaurant and room service
- hire, train, and develop staff
- manage vendor relationships and inventory
- address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- enforce company standards and regulatory compliance
- coordinate daily restaurant operations
