Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in hospitality customer service role
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in golf, hospitality, or service industry
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages with state-required card or certificate if applicable
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience resolving customer complaints effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with health and safety codes
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages with applicable state card or certificate
- Experience in resolving customer issues and complaints with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Maintain high quality standards of food and beverage service by preparing and presenting menu items according to company standards and direction of the General Manager
- Manage restaurant operations including beverage cart
- Communicate with food and beverage staff regarding general dining, to-go and beverage cart services
- Assist General Manager with hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Control food and beverage costs
- Create reports for leadership and accounting by maintaining accurate daily and weekly punch details
- Maintain work areas, kitchen equipment and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with all safety and health codes
- Monitor food rotation and inventory levels to maintain wholesome and nutritious products
- Assist in coordinating kitchen staff schedules
- Stock workstations with supplies and tools
- Delegate cleaning and preparation tasks
- Maximize food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities
- Enforce policies requiring confirmation of legal drinking age and discontinue service to intoxicated guests
- Assist General Manager in the delivery of staff meetings
- Implement and support initiatives and programs requested by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
