Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in hospitality customer service role
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in golf, hospitality, or service industry
  • Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages with state-required card or certificate if applicable
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience resolving customer complaints effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must comply with health and safety codes
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages with applicable state card or certificate
  • Experience in resolving customer issues and complaints with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service role within the hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Maintain high quality standards of food and beverage service by preparing and presenting menu items according to company standards and direction of the General Manager
  • Manage restaurant operations including beverage cart
  • Communicate with food and beverage staff regarding general dining, to-go and beverage cart services
  • Assist General Manager with hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Control food and beverage costs
  • Create reports for leadership and accounting by maintaining accurate daily and weekly punch details
  • Maintain work areas, kitchen equipment and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with all safety and health codes
  • Monitor food rotation and inventory levels to maintain wholesome and nutritious products
  • Assist in coordinating kitchen staff schedules
  • Stock workstations with supplies and tools
  • Delegate cleaning and preparation tasks
  • Maximize food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities
  • Enforce policies requiring confirmation of legal drinking age and discontinue service to intoxicated guests
  • Assist General Manager in the delivery of staff meetings
  • Implement and support initiatives and programs requested by management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
