Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years previous Food and Beverage leadership experience
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Experience in 4 Diamond rated hotel preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions generated by computer
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
- Basic computer skills
- Budgetary analysis capabilities
- Previous certified food handling certification preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required to speak, read, and write English
- Must be able to tolerate temperature changes and perform physical tasks as outlined.

Job Duties
- Overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service
- Driving product and service culture by circulating on all restaurant floors, continually checking with guests to ensure satisfaction and service staff to ensure effectiveness
- Aiding in the training, supervising, scheduling, evaluating, and managing all Food & Beverage associates including servers, bartenders, runners, and host staff
- Handling guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Monitoring and supervising the set up and maintenance of the restaurant and bar to ensure standards are met or exceeded
- Organizing, building, and maintaining a professional work environment
- Interviewing, hiring, processing references and new hire paperwork for all accounting staff following company standards and laws
- Recruiting, training, and ensuring all associates maintain top performance
- Managing overall profit and loss statements
- Organizing and conducting pre-shift departmental meetings and communicating pertinent information to associates
- Ensuring par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering, stocking shelves, and completing necessary reports
- Providing direct service to guests as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation policies
- Setting specific goals and performance criteria for employees supervised, providing timely feedback, and conducting formal performance reviews
- Disciplining and creating performance improvement plans when necessary
- Maintaining proper staffing levels and scheduling direct report staff
- Communicating clearly with team members and advising staff on policies and procedures
- Providing timely feedback on service and operational standards
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with hotel policies and laws
- Coordinating front of house cleanliness and maintenance of service areas
- Designing appealing and profitable menus including menu engineering and cost analysis
- Ensuring hourly associates complete all steps of service in all outlets.
