  • passionate about food and beverage
  • minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
  • advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • strong leadership skills
  • proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
