Job Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for guest experience personalization
  • Food Handler Certification if applicable
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests
  • Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
  • Evaluate daily restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production
  • Develop selection and pricing strategy of all liquors and wines and supervise their procurement
  • Assist the General Manager in building financial objectives through budgeting
  • Execute and improve the annual marketing plan to meet financial targets
  • Manage cost control focusing on cost of sales and payroll
  • Communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
  • Provide training and perform regular performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
  • Supervise all non-supervisory service employees
  • Carry out supervisory duties including hiring, training, coaching, and resolving complaints
