Job Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for guest experience personalization
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively

Job Duties
- Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests
- Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
- Evaluate daily restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production
- Develop selection and pricing strategy of all liquors and wines and supervise their procurement
- Assist the General Manager in building financial objectives through budgeting
- Execute and improve the annual marketing plan to meet financial targets
- Manage cost control focusing on cost of sales and payroll
- Communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
- Provide training and perform regular performance evaluations
- Oversee daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- Carry out supervisory duties including hiring, training, coaching, and resolving complaints
