Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years prior management experience required
  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the daily operation of Tipsy Trout and Alpine Hall and other activations as applicable
  • Training and development of line level colleagues and managers to ensure seamless and luxurious guest service
  • Purchasing, invoicing and coding
  • Manages schedule and payroll for employees
  • Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered
  • Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence
  • Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team
  • Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real time
  • Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings as well as continuing education for colleagues
  • Guest service recoveries and communication
  • Coaching in the moment to service colleagues for both celebration and opportunities
