  • computer skills, experience with hotel information systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items as necessary
  • prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor departmental performance
  • work with the General Manager and stay informed of food and beverage issues
  • coordinate and monitor all phases of loss prevention in the department
  • prepare and submit required reports timely
  • organize and conduct regular department meetings
  • ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
  • ensure departmental training and compliance with standard operating procedures
  • interview candidates and follow hiring standards
  • conduct and attend pre-event and post-event meetings
  • provide staff with tools for exceptional service
  • develop strategies supporting employee engagement
  • maintain product consistency through inspections
