Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years relevant experience
- food safety and alcohol beverage certification
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Greet all members, guests, and employees in a warm, friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag
- assist management with hiring qualified staff
- comply with club standards, policies, and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- attend weekly meetings and coordinate staffing requirements for events
- manage and supervise member events and banquets based on client specifications
- supervise the set-up of rooms including placement of linens, silver, china, and glassware as per event specifications
- inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness and inventory
- hold pre-shift lineup with staff for smooth service
- interpret function diagrams and ensure staff compliance with uniform and grooming standards
- communicate calmly and positively during events with kitchen, staff, and clients
- train and supervise staff and monitor performance during events
- supervise clean-up and proper breakdown of equipment
- assist servers during operations as needed
- ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with policies and laws
- process billing accurately using POS systems
- adhere to food and safety regulations
- manage daily restaurant, snack bar, and pool service operations
- perform other duties as assigned by management
