Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capability to lift moderate weights up to 25-30 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a busy dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate dining room staff including hosts servers and bussers
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Train mentor and evaluate dining room team members
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily assignments
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor dining room cleanliness ambiance and setup
  • Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Enforce health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Prepare reports on dining room operations and staff performance
