Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • proven leadership success
  • experience in food and beverage or casual dining management preferred
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to demonstrate continuous improvement
  • degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

  • minimum of one year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • experience in hotel food and beverage or casual dining management preferred

  • excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Job Duties

  • Elevate the guest experience at the hotel lobby bar through passionate leadership
  • coach and develop team members to achieve service excellence
  • role model best practices and consistently meet or exceed quality assurance standards
  • manage key business measures including service, cost, and labor controls
  • solve guest service issues using critical thinking
  • prioritize competing demands and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrate dedication to continuous improvement
