Job Requirements
- High school education
- Degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- Four or more years of related food and beverage management experience
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and budgeting
- Ability to compile and analyze data for decision making
- Leadership skills to manage competing priorities
- Effective scheduling, delegation, and staff management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Legal eligibility to work
- Ability to travel
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily food and beverage operations including guest service, sales, accounting and budgeting, asset protection, inventory control, and human resources
- Run operations in alignment with the General Manager's direction, company and brand standards, and legal regulations
- Ensure quality service and achievement of financial goals through short and long term planning
- Recommend budgets, marketing and business plans, and capital expenditures while managing within approved plans
- Directly manage assigned staff and indirectly oversee all subordinates
- Communicate company goals effectively to staff and foster a common commitment to exceed these goals
- Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
