Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- 1-2 years of restaurant or theatre management experience preferred
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- shifts will vary on a weekly basis between regular office hours to late into the night

Job Duties
- Monitor, order and control proper alcohol and food inventory
- accept and audit deliveries
- maintain beer, wine, canned cocktails, concession stand, kitchen and associated equipment
- manage alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and assist by dealing with intoxicated guests
- manage food safety awareness and adherence to policies
- manage consistency with recipe execution and proper portion control
- complete assigned administrative functions including but not limited to the End of Month Inventory and approving related account payables
- manage proper execution of private or public group events
- utilize management information tools to analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in bar, food and service performance
- perform shifts as a Theatre Manager-in-Charge or as part of the management team
- manage and maintain a consistently high-quality theatre experience for all guests, ensuring clean and safety standards of the facility and operation
- assist with managing the day-to-day operation of the theatre’s business, including public and private showings and private events
- enforce guidelines and procedures for cash handling by employees
- display a guest centric attitude by training and holding team members accountable for delivering celebrated service
- plan, identify, communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members, to ensure smooth flow of operations
- provide coaching and direction to team members to take action and achieve operational goals
- constantly review key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
- enforce safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures
- lead training, evaluating, motivating and coaching all employees
- this process may include hiring future staff
- actively manage team members by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback and setting challenging goals to improve performance
- develop and maintain positive relationships with team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
- ensure crew members adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements
