Job Duties

  • take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • drive food service sales to meet performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency
  • monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
  • become in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • provide training to Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
  • support hiring, scheduling, training, and development of associates
  • maintain clean, safe, and inviting food service area in accordance with health and safety standards
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations
