Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum four years of experience in food and beverage management
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- capability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- compliance with legal employment requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school education plus degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- four or more years of related experience
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- knowledge of accounting and budgeting
- ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
- strong leadership and staff management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to travel as needed
Job Duties
- Manage daily food and beverage operations including guest services and sales
- oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial controls for the department
- ensure asset protection and inventory control measures are followed
- lead, manage, and develop assigned staff and subordinates
- align department operations with company goals, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
- recommend and manage budgets, marketing plans, and capital expenditures
- maintain high standards of quality service and customer satisfaction
