Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years of experience in food and beverage management
  • alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • capability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • compliance with legal employment requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school education plus degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • four or more years of related experience
  • alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • knowledge of accounting and budgeting
  • ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
  • strong leadership and staff management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations including guest services and sales
  • oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial controls for the department
  • ensure asset protection and inventory control measures are followed
  • lead, manage, and develop assigned staff and subordinates
  • align department operations with company goals, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
  • recommend and manage budgets, marketing plans, and capital expenditures
  • maintain high standards of quality service and customer satisfaction
