Job Requirements

  • College degree
  • Five years of related experience in hotel operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Complete understanding of NOI profitability and budget goals
  • Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations
  • Computer skills with experience in hotel information systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise all food and beverage operations
  • Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items
  • Prepare and manage the F&B department budget
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on F&B issues
  • Oversee loss prevention procedures
  • Organize and conduct regular departmental meetings
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
