Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, club, or fine dining
  • Good knowledge of wine, spirits, and food service standards
  • Proven success in staff training and team development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead with positivity, energy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain visible presence in all dining outlets to engage and anticipate member needs
  • Ensure service reflects club’s 3 Steps of Service: warm welcome, helpful hospitality, fond farewell
  • Address member feedback promptly and professionally
  • Support special events and unique dining experiences
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings focusing on menu knowledge, wine and beverage education, and cultural values
  • Conduct hands-on training to elevate service and hospitality standards
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire staff, ensuring accountability and enthusiasm
  • Oversee reservations, floor plans, and section assignments
  • Manage staffing schedules, labor controls, and service coverage
  • Partner with culinary team for seamless front and back of house operations
  • Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and safety standards
  • Establish and implement structured onboarding and continuous education programs for staff
  • Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching
  • Collaborate on leadership programs and culture initiatives
