Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • serve safe, tips or care beverage service certification or ability to obtain certification required
  • minimum of one year supervisory/management experience required
  • must be able to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization
  • must be able to problem-solve with associates and guests
  • must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • must have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • serve safe, tips or care beverage service certification or ability to obtain certification
  • restaurant, bar or food and beverage experience
  • minimum of one year supervisory/management experience
  • ability to communicate well with all organization levels
  • problem-solving skills with associates and guests
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of wines and beers preferred
  • ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to lift, transport and connect a keg weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work extended hours and perform physically demanding tasks
