Job Requirements
- Hospitality management or culinary arts degree preferred
- Minimum of four years management experience in club or restaurant setting
- Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost controls
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service consistently
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take complete ownership of the beverage program ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of all cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Plan for upcoming club events and banquets, and communicate needs to managers, administrative staff, and employees
- Train bartenders and dining room staff and provide feedback to ensure exemplary service
- Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages
- Oversee inventory management
- Manage operations within budgetary restraints
- Support the club's mission, vision, and values
- Assist in meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Provide a strong floor presence and lead staff in hospitality operations
- Ensure operational integrity of POS and security/safety systems
- Perform miscellaneous duties and assist the Assistant General Manager as directed
