Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of food and beverage leadership experience preferably multi-site or hybrid station/onboard
  • demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, revenue/margin, safety, and quality
  • strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and guest-facing technologies and POS
  • ability to travel frequently between Florida stations and onboard routes
  • available for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • deep knowledge of food and beverage service models, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • hands-on quality auditing
  • knowledge of inventory systems, shelf life management, pars, transfers, and retail merchandising
  • skill in reading performance dashboards, identifying trends, and creating action plans
  • familiarity with service culture principles, NPS metrics, and guest feedback mechanisms
  • ability to implement planograms and retail merchandising
  • strength in coaching, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • high sense of urgency and adaptability
  • physically able to meet job demands including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • extensive travel on trains and to all stations required.

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day station food and beverage execution including service, merchandising, quality, hygiene, and SOP adherence
  • provide coaching to leaders and teammates and ensure consistency across stations
  • partner with onboard leadership to ensure product integrity, speed of service, waste control, and SOP compliance onboard
  • coordinate with Commissary on ordering, pars levels, receiving, transfers, shelf life, and waste reduction
  • collaborate with Retail on planograms, POS content, pricing updates, promotions, and signage
  • champion Brightline's service culture by monitoring guest feedback and NPS drivers, implementing corrective actions, and recognizing wins
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards including routine inspections and corrective action plans
  • track sales, margin, shrink, waste, and labor
  • recommend menu and pricing tweaks
  • support promotions and revenue initiatives to maximize profitability
  • launch new menu items, promotions, and tools
  • train teams on standard operational procedures and verify consistency through audits and follow-ups
  • maintain accurate inventory counts and monthly reconciliations
  • oversee inter-station and onboard transfers
  • support Station and Onboard GMs with scheduling, coaching, and performance observations
  • manage F&B logistics for events and special activations
  • collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Center, Transportation, Procurement, Risk/Compliance, and Commercial teams
  • monitor and review all company communication channels during work hours to ensure prompt review of communications and notifications.
