Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to an associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • Experience in operations management including purchasing
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge including food and wine pairings
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe Certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
  • Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation
  • Manages and leads a team of associates
  • Oversees day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account
  • Manages client relations
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
