Job Requirements
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
- Two years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work shifts from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and manage a team
- Commitment to upholding Chick-fil-A values
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications

- ServSafe Manager certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training

Job Duties
- Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
- Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
- Assign team members to positions and run breaks
- Coach and encourage team members
- Perform disciplinary procedures when Chick-fil-A standards are not met
- Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems
