Job Requirements

  • Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work shifts from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and manage a team
  • Commitment to upholding Chick-fil-A values
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and develop employees

Job Duties

  • Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
  • Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
  • Assign team members to positions and run breaks
  • Coach and encourage team members
  • Perform disciplinary procedures when Chick-fil-A standards are not met
  • Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems
