Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management food service management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service techniques industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets ensuring efficient and high-quality service
- Train coach and support team members in service standards and company procedures
- Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Support the implementation of promotions events and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs
- Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
