Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management food service management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service techniques industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets ensuring efficient and high-quality service
  • Train coach and support team members in service standards and company procedures
  • Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Support the implementation of promotions events and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs
  • Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
