Job Requirements

  • Hospitality management or culinary arts degree preferred
  • Minimum four years management experience in club or restaurant
  • Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environment
  • Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Polished professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be reliable, poised, and confident
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred
  • Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Minimum of four years of management experience in a club or restaurant setting
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent team leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures
  • Ability to motivate and establish teamwork environment
  • Polished, professional appearance and presentation
  • Effective communication skills across all department levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable with a confident and poised demeanor

Job Duties

  • Take complete ownership of the beverage program and ensure all drinks are prepared and presented with high quality
  • Plan for upcoming club events and banquets and communicate needs to managers and staff
  • Train bartenders and dining room staff and provide feedback and support
  • Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Manage operations within budgetary restraints
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of The Center Club in all interactions
  • Assist in meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Provide strong floor presence and lead staff in hospitality operations
  • Ensure the integrity and functionality of all POS and security/safety systems
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and assist Assistant General Manager as directed
