Job Requirements
- Hospitality management or culinary arts degree preferred
- Minimum four years management experience in club or restaurant
- Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environment
- Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Polished professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, poised, and confident
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Take complete ownership of the beverage program and ensure all drinks are prepared and presented with high quality
- Plan for upcoming club events and banquets and communicate needs to managers and staff
- Train bartenders and dining room staff and provide feedback and support
- Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages
- Oversee inventory management
- Manage operations within budgetary restraints
- Support the mission, vision, and values of The Center Club in all interactions
- Assist in meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Provide strong floor presence and lead staff in hospitality operations
- Ensure the integrity and functionality of all POS and security/safety systems
- Perform miscellaneous duties and assist Assistant General Manager as directed
