Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • Ability to maintain superior food quality standards
  • ServSafe certification preferred

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • Operations management experience including purchasing
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate cafeteria in line with approved budget
  • Ensure superior quality of food served to clients, customers, and employees
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients
  • Lead and develop a team of associates
  • Manage client relations effectively
  • Ensure operational compliance with company standards
  • Oversee purchasing and inventory management
