Job Requirements

  • Driver's license
  • Willingness to work long hours during waterpark season, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Baytown, TX
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to create schedules and manage teams
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
