Job Requirements
- must be available for emergency and scheduled work on evenings, weekends or holidays
- American Red Cross and AED certification preferred or willing to take course
- must be available to work flexible shifts
- must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
- must be able to climb stairs
- must have ServSafe certification or Mobile County Food and Beverage Handler card
- valid photo ID and original signed social security card required
- willing to submit to background check

Job Duties
- Facilitate and plan food and beverage department activities
- coordinate staff activities for daily operations and special events
- manage service and breakdown of events efficiently
- ensure personnel follow food and beverage protocols
- work with team in a fast-paced environment
- suggest changes to generate cost savings and improve quality standards
- motivate employees and participate in recruitment
- ensure compliance with health department regulations
- create detailed notes for superiors
- maintain member satisfaction
