Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- Drive food service sales and achieve performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency
- Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
- Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development, recognize great performance and help associates grow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations
