Job Requirements

Hospitality management or culinary arts degree preferred
Minimum four years management experience in club or restaurant
Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
Food safety certification preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage cost control
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred

Job Duties

Take complete ownership of the beverage program and ensure the highest quality in preparation and presentation of all drinks
Plan upcoming club events and banquets and communicate needs to managers, administrative staff, and employees
Train bartenders and dining room staff, providing feedback and support for exemplary service
Develop and implement programs to increase revenue through repeat business and higher check averages
Oversee inventory management
Manage operations within budgetary limits
Support the mission, vision, and values of The Center Club in all interactions and decisions
Assist in achieving sales, revenue, and profitability goals
Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and accountability with a strong floor presence and leadership
Ensure integrity and functionality of POS and safety systems
Perform miscellaneous duties and assist Assistant General Manager as needed
