Job Requirements

  • Hospitality management or culinary arts degree preferred
  • Minimum four years management experience in club or restaurant
  • Alcoholic beverage certification preferred
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage cost control
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take complete ownership of the beverage program and ensure the highest quality in preparation and presentation of all drinks
  • Plan upcoming club events and banquets and communicate needs to managers, administrative staff, and employees
  • Train bartenders and dining room staff, providing feedback and support for exemplary service
  • Develop and implement programs to increase revenue through repeat business and higher check averages
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Manage operations within budgetary limits
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of The Center Club in all interactions and decisions
  • Assist in achieving sales, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and accountability with a strong floor presence and leadership
  • Ensure integrity and functionality of POS and safety systems
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and assist Assistant General Manager as needed
