Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor
  • At least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field required

Job Duties

  • Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget
  • Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed
  • Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution
  • Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets
  • Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff
  • Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Other duties as assigned
