Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of hospitality management/supervisor experience in a full-service operation
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer functions in general
- expertise knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

- ability to develop and implement operational and marketing plans
Job Duties
- Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
- manage multiple food and beverage outlets including Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In-room dining, and Executive Lounges
- achieve budgeted revenues and control expenses to maximize profitability
- contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction of other hotel departments
- develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department
- create and implement marketing and promotional strategies aligned with hotel objectives
- prepare staff schedules based on staffing standards and hotel activity
- process department payroll accurately
- enhance guest satisfaction through effective employee development
- ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and StepStone standards
- maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of assets, and inventory control
