Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hospitality management/supervisor experience in a full-service operation
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer functions in general
  • expertise knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience in a full-service operation
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to develop and implement operational and marketing plans

Job Duties

  • Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
  • manage multiple food and beverage outlets including Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In-room dining, and Executive Lounges
  • achieve budgeted revenues and control expenses to maximize profitability
  • contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction of other hotel departments
  • develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department
  • create and implement marketing and promotional strategies aligned with hotel objectives
  • prepare staff schedules based on staffing standards and hotel activity
  • process department payroll accurately
  • enhance guest satisfaction through effective employee development
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and StepStone standards
  • maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of assets, and inventory control
