Job Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computational ability
Ability to supervise and assign duties to subordinate staff
Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations
Exceptional food and beverage knowledge including alcoholic beverages
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Manual dexterity and visual acuity needed for equipment operation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food and beverage operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
Knowledge of food service techniques and cost control
Proficient with data analysis and computer-generated reports
Ability to train and supervise staff

Job Duties

Supervise and direct outlet service staff daily
Ensure meals are served professionally and timely
Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
Monitor room service area setup and maintenance
Manage manpower, supplies, and equipment availability
Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training employees
Prepare reports and regulate supply distribution
