Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computational ability
- Ability to supervise and assign duties to subordinate staff
- Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations
- Exceptional food and beverage knowledge including alcoholic beverages
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity needed for equipment operation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
- Knowledge of food service techniques and cost control
- Proficient with data analysis and computer-generated reports
- Ability to train and supervise staff
Job Duties
- Supervise and direct outlet service staff daily
- Ensure meals are served professionally and timely
- Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Monitor room service area setup and maintenance
- Manage manpower, supplies, and equipment availability
- Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training employees
- Prepare reports and regulate supply distribution
