Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computational ability
  • Ability to supervise and assign duties to subordinate staff
  • Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations
  • Exceptional food and beverage knowledge including alcoholic beverages
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity needed for equipment operation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
  • Knowledge of food service techniques and cost control
  • Proficient with data analysis and computer-generated reports
  • Ability to train and supervise staff

Job Duties

  • Supervise and direct outlet service staff daily
  • Ensure meals are served professionally and timely
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Monitor room service area setup and maintenance
  • Manage manpower, supplies, and equipment availability
  • Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training employees
  • Prepare reports and regulate supply distribution
