Job Requirements
- More than two years of post-secondary education
- Two to three years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations
- TABC certification
- Manager Food Safety certification
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs
- Frequent walking and standing
- Ability to bend, climb stairs, and handle light equipment
- Active on-floor leadership and guest-facing presence
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and operational policies and procedures
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments with outside dining facilities
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post-secondary education
- Hospitality degree preferred
- Two to three full years of progressive leadership in food and beverage or hospitality operations
- Multi-outlet management experience a plus
- TABC certification required
- Manager Food Safety certification required
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- Strong supervision and management communication skills
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and make recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of chemicals and agents for training purposes
- Business and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- Problem-solving skills with sound decision-making
- Ability to deliver high service standards in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating associates to foster engagement, retention, and career growth
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all outlets maintaining compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulations
- Oversee budgets, manage costs, and maximize profitability while aligning resources and staffing with business needs
- Respond to guest feedback and market trends ensuring service excellence that drives satisfaction and loyalty
- Design and execute promotions, activations, and partnerships to attract hotel guests and local clientele
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment quality to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
