Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage
- Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- Proficiency in reading, writing and oral English
- Willingness to work eight to ten hour shifts with varying schedules
- US work authorization required

Job Duties
- Act as manager on duty pertaining to food and beverage operations
- Oversee daily operation of EDGE Steak
- Create and maintain schedules for all Front of House staff in all Food and Beverage outlets
- Evaluate staff's needs to ensure proper training, accountability, follow up and overall support
- Proactively create and maintain all ordering through Birtchstreet to ensure items needed for service are readily available
- Act as one of the property experts for the MICROS and other digital platforms used in Food and Beverage operation
- Implement and initiate changes needed to menu based on guest demand and ensure employees are well versed and following menu specifications
- Continuously look to enhance the Food and Beverage offerings within the hotel
- Effectively communicate shift pass, projects, positive and constructive feedback to the F&B team
