- Experience in food and beverage cost controls and accounting
- knowledge of menu design and marketing
- familiarity with wine, spirits, and bar operations

Job Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred
- beverage certifications such as Certified Sommelier or WSAT preferred
- experience in food and beverage management
- proficiency with point-of-sales systems

- knowledge of emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures
- manage accounting for the F&B department
- design menus tailored to member preferences
- develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- maintain wine, spirits, and bar operations including certifications
- manage point-of-sales systems and ensure maintenance
- build, train, and maintain employee teams
- communicate effectively across departments
- ensure staff preparedness for emergency situations
- uphold polished and professional presentation standards
- manage stress and time efficiently
