Job Requirements

  • Experience in food and beverage cost controls and accounting
  • knowledge of menu design and marketing
  • familiarity with wine, spirits, and bar operations
  • proficiency in point-of-sales systems

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college or university degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred
  • beverage certifications such as Certified Sommelier or WSAT preferred
  • experience in food and beverage management
  • proficiency with point-of-sales systems
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to build and lead teams
  • effective communication skills
  • knowledge of emergency procedures
  • polished professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures
  • manage accounting for the F&B department
  • design menus tailored to member preferences
  • develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • maintain wine, spirits, and bar operations including certifications
  • manage point-of-sales systems and ensure maintenance
  • build, train, and maintain employee teams
  • communicate effectively across departments
  • ensure staff preparedness for emergency situations
  • uphold polished and professional presentation standards
  • manage stress and time efficiently
