Job Requirements

  • education level equivalent to high school diploma or higher
  • relevant experience in food and beverage management or senior front-of-house roles
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work nights weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in scheduling and operations management
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • commitment to delivering superior guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • prior management experience in restaurants hotels or hospitality venues
  • senior-level front-of-house experience such as maitre d lead host server captain or bartender
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • excellent guest service and communication abilities
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • support day-to-day operations across dining outlets
