Job Requirements
- education level equivalent to high school diploma or higher
- relevant experience in food and beverage management or senior front-of-house roles
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- proficiency in scheduling and operations management
- excellent problem-solving skills
- commitment to delivering superior guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- prior management experience in restaurants hotels or hospitality venues
- senior-level front-of-house experience such as maitre d lead host server captain or bartender
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- excellent guest service and communication abilities
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- support day-to-day operations across dining outlets
