Job Requirements
- service quality oriented and flexible to work evening and weekend hours
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- minimum 2-year food and beverage or hospitality education or currently pursuing a degree
- prior supervisory or internship experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- excellent English communication skills
- able to work on-site and not remotely
- committed to delivering total customer satisfaction
- capable of managing multiple priorities and guest situations
- strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a supervisory or internship role in a restaurant establishment
- minimum 2-year food and beverage or hospitality degree required, or in progress toward a 4 year degree preferably in hospitality
- excellent English oral and written skills
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment
- experience enhancing guest satisfaction and developing guest loyalty
- ability to maintain warm and personalized guest welcomes
- skill in analyzing guest comments and sharing feedback with team
Job Duties
- ensure the high standard of services provided for guests and attainment of department targets
- convey the hotel’s image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude and availability
- assist in managing and motivating teams to improve sales and quality of food and beverage services
- improve department results by assisting managers in increasing sales and productivity
- supervise ambassadors during shift operations and liaise with kitchen staff
- receive guest comments and complaints and ensure follow-up
- maintain staff focus on customer needs and encourage use of initiative
