Job Requirements
- 16 years or older
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work in warm and noisy environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or kitchen experience a plus but not required
- ability to work well in fast-paced team environments
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items
- following all recipes and portion guidelines
- communicating with front of house team
- handling food safely and maintaining cleanliness
- prepping for daily shifts and restocking supplies
- cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen areas
- closing kitchen at end of shifts
