Job Duties
- Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items like a pro or learning to be one
- Following all recipes and portion guidelines to keep things consistent and tasty
- Communicating with the front of house team to keep tickets moving and guests satisfied
- Handling food safely and keeping everything clean, stocked, and ready for action
- Prepping for the day or a party, restocking supplies, rotating inventory, and closing up like a champ
- Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen
