Job Requirements
- Ability to complete and pass the State Food Safety Certification exam
- compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park's drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use
- successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable
- ability to utilize various computer software including Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications

- preferred experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or high-volume guest service environments or equivalent combination of education and experience
- candidates with previous leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply
- demonstrated experience providing excellent guest service and communication skills is strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Assign and manage staff positions and location coverage to ensure seamless operations
- foster accountability, appearance standards, safety practices, and exceptional service within the Food and Beverage Team
- maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety in compliance with company, state, and local regulatory guidelines
- support team performance through coaching, training, accountability, and clear communication of SOPs and expectations
- partner with leadership to communicate updates, address staffing needs, and assist with reporting, audits, and timekeeping
- oversee inventory handling, equipment functionality, and proper opening/closing of food service locations
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- drive sales through upselling and maintaining strong product knowledge across food and beverage offerings
- process transactions accurately and assist with food and beverage preparation as needed to support operations
- collaborate across departments to support overall park operations and complete additional duties as assigned
- support performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- participate in weekly Leadership and Motivation meetings
- complete other duties to assist with park operations
