Job Requirements
- Ability to complete and pass the State Food Safety Certification exam
- Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park's drug-free workplace policy including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal state and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use
- Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable
- Ability to utilize various computer software including Microsoft Office
- Full availability
- Ability to move around and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Visual acuity
- Tolerance of temperature fluctuations
- Willingness to work full-time over 30 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Ability to complete and pass the State Food Safety Certification exam

- Preferred experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or high-volume guest service environments
- Candidates with previous leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent guest service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Assign and manage staff positions and location coverage to ensure seamless operations
- Foster accountability, appearance standards, safety practices, and exceptional service within the Food and Beverage Team
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety in compliance with company, state, and local regulatory guidelines
- Support team performance through coaching, training, accountability, and clear communication of SOPs and expectations
- Partner with leadership to communicate updates, address staffing needs, and assist with reporting, audits, and timekeeping
- Oversee inventory handling, equipment functionality, and proper opening/closing of food service locations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Drive sales through upselling and maintaining strong product knowledge across food and beverage offerings
- Process transactions accurately and assist with food and beverage preparation as needed to support operations
- Collaborate across departments to support overall park operations and complete additional duties as assigned
- Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Participate in weekly leadership and motivation meetings
- Complete any other duties to assist with the operation of the park
