Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Fluent and coherent English speaker
- Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work irregular hours as required by business needs

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise food and beverage staff during shifts
- Motivate team members to provide outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide training and support to staff
- Collaborate with upper management to improve service standards
