Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Willing to undergo a background check
  • Fluent and coherent English speaker
  • Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work irregular hours as required by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a related field
  • At least 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise food and beverage staff during shifts
  • Motivate team members to provide outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Provide training and support to staff
  • Collaborate with upper management to improve service standards
