Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be willing to undergo a background check
  • speak English fluently and coherently (additional language skills a plus)
  • must have flexible working hours (24/7 operation)
  • must be available to work full-time, weekends, and holidays
  • possess strong work ethic and tact
  • take pride in performing job well and seeing others succeed
  • ability to work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as required by scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field
  • proven leadership and ability to motivate staff with professionalism
  • strong communication skills both written and oral
  • ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to work well with employees and management at all levels
  • knowledge of inventory systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, direct, and motivate food and beverage staff during shifts
  • provide exemplary guest service to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • supervise daily restaurant operations including inventory management and quality control
  • serve as a liaison between employees and upper management
  • provide staff with proper training, support, materials, and tools
  • ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
