Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be willing to undergo a background check
- speak English fluently and coherently (additional language skills a plus)
- must have flexible working hours (24/7 operation)
- must be available to work full-time, weekends, and holidays
- possess strong work ethic and tact
- take pride in performing job well and seeing others succeed
- ability to work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as required by scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
- minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field
- proven leadership and ability to motivate staff with professionalism
- strong communication skills both written and oral
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to work well with employees and management at all levels
- knowledge of inventory systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, direct, and motivate food and beverage staff during shifts
- provide exemplary guest service to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- supervise daily restaurant operations including inventory management and quality control
- serve as a liaison between employees and upper management
- provide staff with proper training, support, materials, and tools
- ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
