Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of food & beverage experience in a leadership role
  • Food Safety Manager and ServSafe certifications preferred
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leadership and mathematical skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, be decisive, and work well in a group setting
  • Ability to motivate employees and prioritize
  • Must be able to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, holidays as needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, squat, stoop, bend, carry, lift, pull, and push
  • Will be required to operate a computer
  • Must handle intermittent noise

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of food & beverage experience in a leadership role
  • Food Safety Manager and ServSafe certifications are preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily production, preparation & presentation of all food for the facility's concessions and special events to ensure quality consistent product is produced that meets standards
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
  • Open, supervise, operate, and close concession's locations throughout the venue
  • Monitor quality control constantly
  • Assist leadership in weekly and monthly inventory counting
  • Effectively manage all cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas in assigned food & beverage area
  • Ensure highest levels of food safety & sanitation are being maintained
