Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of food and beverage or café experience preferred
- Experience working with families and children is a big plus
- Strong customer-service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be outgoing and enthusiastic
- Ability to train and motivate others effectively
- Must be able to obtain any required local certifications or licenses
- Must be available for flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort with bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and navigating all attraction areas
- Must follow safety policies and procedures
- Must report incidents immediately
- Attendance is essential
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee smooth daily operations across food and beverage, attractions, and retail when serving as supervisor on duty
- Assign, delegate, and monitor daily tasks for our front-line team
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver Peppa-perfect service to every guest
- Maintain and enforce all health and safety procedures
- Manage guest flow and queues to keep experiences safe and efficient
- Communicate promptly and professionally when resolving guest concerns
- Organize and deliver host training including food safety, ride safety, and retail standards
- Empower team members to provide exceptional service and effective guest recovery
- Evaluate performance and coach team members to success
- Support department tasks like training, stocking, inventory, and scheduling
- Take on other fun challenges as assigned
