Job Requirements

  • student of Del Mar College
  • availability from January 2026 to April 2026
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of state food safety laws
  • understanding of state liquor laws
  • basic experience with inventory management
  • experience or strong interest in hospitality services
  • ability to complete the full application process
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • assist in planning and scheduling employees
  • supervise food and beverage operations
  • assist with daily operations in concessions, premium, and culinary departments
  • manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety and liquor laws
  • provide excellent customer service
  • troubleshoot operational issues
  • support the execution of catering and concession events
