- student of Del Mar College
- availability from January 2026 to April 2026
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of state food safety laws
- understanding of state liquor laws
- basic experience with inventory management
- experience or strong interest in hospitality services

Job Duties
- assist in planning and scheduling employees
- supervise food and beverage operations
- assist with daily operations in concessions, premium, and culinary departments
- manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety and liquor laws
- provide excellent customer service
- troubleshoot operational issues
- support the execution of catering and concession events
