The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, is a celebrated professional baseball team that competes in the Texas League. Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university or relevant educational background
  • Ability to work seasonally from February 2026 to September 2026
  • Willingness to relocate to Wichita, Kansas, if not locally based
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be available to work event days and flexible shifts

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and supervising of an effective, safe, and profitable food and beverage department
  • Supervise and assist staff
  • learn opening and closing procedures for concessions, premium and catering
  • troubleshoot live event issues within hospitality areas
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations including operating the POS system
  • learn inventory software and inventory control
  • receive orders
  • assist with preparing for upcoming events
